New Year New Goals

It’s a fresh year and I’m not 6 months pregnant like this time last year, yay!!!  I am on week 3 of regularly working out and I feel great.  I have had 3 children in a short amount of time (my oldest just turned 4) and so I haven’t been consistent in 5 years!  I have mainly been doing the Peloton bike because it’s so easy to hop on it at my house.  Now that I’m in a good rhythm, I’m doing a 5 minute ab video 3-4 times a week too.  These videos are straight out of the 80’s and I love it, haha.  I also just bought this and I can’t wait to receive it.  The goal is to add muscle and lose fat…basically lift and tighten.  My kids have been giving me major motivation because they grabbed my stomach the other day and said oh mommy it feels like a marshmallow.  Well…I love marshmallows but I don’t want a stomach that feels like one, hahahaha.  I’m also super motivated because I have to be in a swimsuit in 3 weeks, yikes!!  My hope is to help motivate y’all to get active and feel your best too.  There have been many times over the past couple weeks where I just didn’t feel like exercising, but I pushed through and did it even if it was 11pm.  You can follow along on my insta stories.  I’ve listed a BUNCH of cute workout gear below that is SUPER affordable…all under $50!  The outfit I’m wearing is from lulu lemon and I’m pretty much obsessed with their gear.  I have workout pants that are 7 or 8 years old that are still in great shape.  You just have to make sure you hang dry.  Hang dry people…that’s how you keep your clothes looking new 😉
