Sophisticated Tropical Print Skirt

My Sophisticated Tropical Print Skirt

This sophisticated tropical print skirt is so fun for Summer and perfect for date night! As Memorial Day approaches, I’m definitely ready to get my closet into full Summer mode. The weather has been so nice that it feels like Summer has arrived already, and my wardrobe choices are reflecting that these days. Bring on the Summer style!

I love this skirt because it makes me feel like I’m on a tropical vacation, but it looks sophisticated enough to wear around the city. You could wear it anywhere, from Atlanta to Tulum. The print is so fun, I seriously think it’s making me want to book a vacation somewhere exotic. Any suggestions?!

The sheen of the fabric and the high slit make this skirt a great choice for date night. I’m thinking a fun restaurant or some salsa dancing perhaps? While the print is so fun, the muted colors make it easy to wear out in the city. I paired it with a simple black tank and black heels and some statement gold jewelry. I always love wearing color when it’s nice out, but this skirt is so bold that it makes wearing these black staple pieces easy in the Summer!

My Bracelet, necklace and clutch are from the India Hicks show I’m currently hosting on my blog. You can buy these items through the end of May. After that, you will have to buy directly through a rep because it is a direct sales company. I’m pretty much obsessed with everything she designs!
