Summertime Basics

Whenever this time of year rolls around I get Summer fever SO badly and want to start Summer shopping immediately! I’m always tempted to go for trendy or unique pieces, but have to remind myself that I should invest in some Summertime basics first. Surely you can relate.

For me, a Summer wardrobe starts with a good pair of white jeans and jean shorts. These two items are so important because they can be paired with EVERYTHING. You can wear them any day, dress them up or down, and they make getting ready so simple – which with three kids is definitely a priority on my list.

This coral tie front shirt is so cute and versatile. You can wear it with exercise clothes or dress it up for a cute outfit – and the same goes for this grey t-shirt! For accessories, both of these shoes are great nude options. The cork heel is a fun take on a traditional nude shoes to change things up. And can’t forget a pair of staple sunglasses! These are my go-to because they look good with literally any outfit.

I’m loving white bags these days and thought this bucket bag was so cute. The same goes for this bracelet –  the perfect neutral accessory. In bolder fashion, I love a pair of statement earrings to go with a simple Summer outfit. I thought this turquoise color was so pretty! What is your favorite Summer staple?!
