High Waisted Sailor Shorts

High Waisted Sailor Shorts

Happy Friday! If you’ve followed me for awhile, you’ll know that I love anything high waisted. Anything not high waisted just feels awkward and weird, ha. These shorts fit like a charm and are the perfect little addition to your beach trip. These shorts are under $60 too, just the way I like it! I kept it simple and paired it with a button down, but you could also throw on a tank or t-shirt too.

I always pack these cork heels for every summer trip. They go with everything and they gave a wider heel that gives more stability. Plus, it blends in with my skin, so it doesn’t cut off the line of my leg. I think ankle straps are cute on shoes, but I rarely ever wear them because I personally think it can make a leg look stumpy.

If you don’t already have a basic button up, this is a great wardrobe staple that every closet needs. Dress it up or down, out looks great with distressed jeans, shorts, etc, etc.

If you love anything high waisted, how come you never liked my high waisted “Mom” jeans in the 90’s?! (Be nice.) 🤣
