Raspberry Pom Frosé

Raspberry Pom Frosé

Before we know it, the heat will be here but you will be ready. Repeat after me, ” I will be ready”. How you ask? This recipe for the best raspberry pom frosé. I still remember the first time I had a frosé. It was an instant love, but I thought it could be better. The easy step was to blend in frozen fruit. I usually love to load it down with fruits that are packed full of antioxidants and goodness. Still telling myself that it makes it so much better for me! I’ll let you be the judge of that, but I know one thing is for sure- you are going to love this!

The thing that I love most about this recipe is how easy it is. It starts with simple syrup, which you can make or purchase. If you’ve never done it before- try making it. I promise it’s as simple as the name! Then frozen fruits of your choice. Use whatever frozen fruit you have on hand. Just keep the ratio of two parts fruit to one part rosé for the best frosé you’ve ever had. Once you try it, send me a picture and let me know how it went! As always, I love to hear from you all. You can send me an email or comment on this post! Whatever you do, just make it and relax. Maybe try it with this delicious recipe. It’d be the ultimate skin glowing combo!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup rosé
  • 12 T simple syrup (you’ll need water and sugar)

Instructions

Start by making a simple syrup with one part water to one part sugar. Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan and set to medium to low heat. The syrup is ready when the sugar dissolves. Let cool and pour into an airtight container to keep extra in the refrigerator. Skewer fresh raspberries for the garnish and place in the freeze at least 30 minutes prior.

Next combine the raspberries, pomegranate seeds, rosé and 1-2 tablespoons of the simple syrup in your blender. Blend on high until fully combined. Garnish with frozen raspberry skewers and enjoy!
