It can be overwhelming thinking about this sale because there are so many options. This guide will make things a bit easier and the tips I’m sharing will help you decide what you need to get. The best part of this sale is it’s not a summer clearance sale. It’s designed to get your wardrobe ready for fall and includes all new items! The sale is opened to shoppers in stages, so I’m including a chart below to know when you can shop these items.

How To Shop The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale

1. In order to maximize your purchases, I’d suggest going ahead and signing up for The Nordy Club. While this won’t get you the early access like the Nordstrom credit card, it will ensure you get points for your purchase.
2. Once you’ve done that, schedule a Personal Double Points Day during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. Make sure it is during a period that you have access to shop!
3. Use the guides below to see outfits from some of my favorite brands. It can be a lot when you see everything all at once, so utilize the filter options. I like to start by filtering for the actual object I need. Take for instance, a black bootie with a heel in a certain price range. You can easily sort through and find it! Next I suggest going through your favorite brands and seeing what they have. My number one purchase must are a pair of denim from one of these brands (here, here, or here).
4. You’ve made your selections now what? Shop early and often! The sale has a high volume so they are constantly replenishing things. You might have multiple check outs to ensure you get exactly what you want.
5. I like to buy two sizes of the item I want if it is something that is new to me. Returns a breeze with Nordstrom and I always want to make sure I get the proper fit.
