Easy Make Ahead Snacks

Easy make ahead snacks are a must when you are a busy mom on the go. I am making my way through the recipes in the book from this post. This is definitely easy and yummy and of course it has a little bit of dark chocolate, yay! I had an abundance of cashews when I made this recipe, so I used those instead of Brazil nuts. Thyroid Trail Mix

1 cup roasted, unsalted Brazil nuts

1 cup almonds

1 cup gluten and sugar free cereal

2 teaspoons pink or iodized salt

1-2 teaspoons dark honey

In a bowl, combine the Brazil nuts, almonds, chocolate chips, cereal, salt, and honey.

*I measured out 1/2 cup of the mix into ziplock bags for an easy make ahead snack.

      I actually source those pedestals from my antique guy and sell them at cost for members of my wellness community because I typically always have my diffuser on it in the kitchen! Let me know if you want details 😉
