Easy Make Ahead Snacks
Easy make ahead snacks are a must when you are a busy mom on the go. I am making my way through the recipes in the book from this post. This is definitely easy and yummy and of course it has a little bit of dark chocolate, yay! I had an abundance of cashews when I made this recipe, so I used those instead of Brazil nuts. Thyroid Trail Mix
1 cup roasted, unsalted Brazil nuts
1 cup almonds
1 cup gluten and sugar free cereal
2 teaspoons pink or iodized salt
1-2 teaspoons dark honey
In a bowl, combine the Brazil nuts, almonds, chocolate chips, cereal, salt, and honey.
*I measured out 1/2 cup of the mix into ziplock bags for an easy make ahead snack.
Where is the pedestal with the white marble top that your pumpkin is sitting on from? Love it!
