The Most Wonderful Time of the Year in NYC

This year is a big birthday, and I’m celebrating in style in my favorite place in the US! The holiday season is the most wonderful time of the year in NYC. If you have never been, read along to find the best things to do in this magical city.

I found a nice mix of touristy must-do’s and some lesser known places that locals look forward to every year. To appreciate lights and decorations, you must go shopping on 5th Avenue to see all the window displays. After you finish shopping, go see the huge lighted Christmas tree at Rockefeller center! The green velvet jacket for this activity will look amazing in a family picture at the tree! If you are looking for a fun night out, check out Rolf’s and the Clicquot Chalet at Mr. Purple. These themed bars make you feel like you stepped right into a Christmas movie, its absolutely enchanting. And the menus look delicious with their holiday themed cocktails and small plates.

And finally, if you enjoy the outdoors you can go ice skating at Central Park. When you finished skating, you can take a stroll in Central Park and sip on a hot chocolate. Its the perfect winter day!
