Who will I be working with?
You will work directly with Reese Reynolds as your dedicated stylist. Reese leads the day-to-day client experience, from intake to final delivery.
Jess Cathell remains creatively involved in every project. Reese and Jess collaborate closely to ensure each wardrobe reflects the signature J.Cathell aesthetic—polished, versatile, and thoughtfully elevated.
Is Jess personally involved in my styling?
Yes. While Reese is your primary stylist, Jess provides creative oversight and strategic direction on every client project.
This ensures your wardrobe aligns with the J.Cathell standard and maintains the level of refinement, intention, and cohesion the brand is known for.
What’s the difference between Lifestyle Styling and Travel Styling?
Lifestyle styling focuses on how you dress every day and for events at home.
Travel styling is destination-specific, time-bound, and designed for a particular trip. Travel
styling is always booked separately.
Which service should I book?
If you’re preparing for a trip, book Travel Styling.
If you want help with how you dress day-to-day, start with The Everyday Edit.
If you want ongoing support for everyday looks and events, JC Styling Concierge is the best
fit.
Is body type considered in every service?
Yes. Body-type and proportion strategy are built into every styling service. You never need to book a separate session for this.
Can you work with pieces I already own?
Absolutely. For both lifestyle and travel styling, we can integrate your existing wardrobe or source entirely new pieces — depending on your preference.
Is shopping included?
We provide curated shopping lists and shoppable lookbooks. Purchasing items is always up to you. We do not purchase on your behalf.
How long does the styling process take?
- Travel Styling: Delivered based on your timeline and package, typically within 1–2 weeks.
- Lifestyle Styling: Delivery timelines are outlined at booking and vary by service level.
How does communication work during the process?
All communication happens through a designated channel.
Responses are provided within 1-2 business days. We do not offer real-time or weekend styling.
Is travel styling included in the Styling Concierge?
No. Travel styling is always booked separately. Concierge clients do receive priority booking for travel styling.
How many events are included in the Concierge?
- 3-Month Concierge: Up to 6 events
- 6-Month Concierge: Up to 10 events
Additional events may require an extension or a separate styling engagement.
Can I use the Concierge for last-minute needs?
Concierge support is not designed for same-day or emergency styling. Requests should be submitted in advance and are handled within normal response windows.
Do you offer in-home closet edits?
No. We do not offer in-home or virtual closet edits as part of our lifestyle styling services.
Can I book more than one service?
Yes. Many clients book Travel Styling alongside Lifestyle Styling. Each service is scoped separately to ensure the highest level of attention.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the personalized nature of styling services, all sales are final once work has begun.
How do I get started?
All clients begin with a brief application to ensure the best fit.
