The Edition II

Jun 30

Welcome to the Edition where I share insights into my life, travel tales, and my recent buys. Juggling life as a wife and mom of three girls has been a whirlwind! Each edition will bring new categories, but I’m most excited about my home decor project being finished and shared with the world!

This month has been really exciting because my home was featured in the July issue of Atlanta Homes Magazine! It’s my favorite home magazine, so I feel incredibly honored. Working with Courtney Giles Interiors on this project was a blast. I’ll be sharing more about my home on the website next weekend, but for now, you can check out the full article by grabbing a copy of the magazine.

April: The Greenbrier Resort, White Sulphur Springs, WV

May/June: Paris, Cannes, Monaco

June: Cashiers, NC and the Cayman Islands

Back in April, my husband and I treated our youngest daughter to her favorite spot for her 8th birthday. I used to visit the Greenbrier a lot growing up since it was just over an hour away. It feels a bit different now compared to 40 years ago, but we still had a fantastic time. My sister and her youngest daughter joined us, and the girls had a blast!

In May, we headed to Paris with my mom to celebrate her birthday. My sister and aunt joined us, and we all had a blast together. I’ve outlined our trip details here. After Paris, we jetted off to the South of France. If you’re looking for outfit ideas, check out this post for some inspiration.

We’ve got a spot t in Cashiers, NC where we escape the scorching Atlanta summer. It’s a cool 20 degrees lower there, which I absolutely love. I’m putting together a guide for Cashiers, so keep an eye out for that. In the meantime, check out my highlights on Instagram. We bounce between the two places all summer, but I can’t wait to chill in Cashiers for most of July when Atlanta turns into a sauna.

It was our first trip to the Cayman Islands, and we were totally blown away by how smooth everything was – from the flight to getting through customs. We chilled at the Ritz Carlton for 5 nights and it was just lovely. We’re already thinking of going back with the kids, but if it’s just us two, we’re keen to check out a boutique hotel next time.

The white set I wore on the last night was a special find in Paris that I was able to find for you to shop.
